Thursday
Latin Jazz @ Gino's and I was out on my own, so I headed over to to
listen to sounds of "Latin Jazz Element" and join them in celebrating
their second year in the business .
As I opened the door to walk into Gino's I heard the organized tones in
sequences that projected from the back of the lounge. The authoritative
sound and melodious precision were a harmonic balance. These boys have
it going on! Mr. Ivo Tirado and I met at Willie's (The House of Latin
Jazz in the Bronx ), but I didn't know he came from my home town in P.R.
(San German) WEPA!! I noticed the patrons stopped eating during the performances, and there was much dancing going on. By the time the first set was over, it was evident that the audience loved the band. Latin Jazz Element: Mr. Ivo Tirado/Timbales (San German); Mr. Eddie Perales/Flute (Guayama); Mr. Jose Alberto Torres/Piano (Guayama);Mr. Ralph Gutierrez/Bass (Yauco); Mr. Juan Mauras/Gongas (Guayama); Mr. Mario DeJesus-Bongos (Farjardo). Gino's is on Allerton Ave and Boston Road, Latin Jazz Thursday's is hosted by Mr. Richard Sanz Gonzalez. To promote Latin Jazz Element is to give assurance that their proficiency and a divine influence is blended to deliver Latin Jazz at its finest, believe me the group is worthy of admiration. From all of us at enbreve.com, good luck to Mr. Ivo Tirado and his endeavor!.
